Action "By Repin's words about the main thing!"

This year we celebrate 170^th anniversary since the birth of the world famous artist Ilya Repin. Heritage of Ilya Efimovich counts more than four thousand paintings and graphic works. But not everyone knows about the literary and epistolary talent of the artist.

On the eve of the artist's anniversary workers of the Art-Memorial Museum of I.E. Repin and non-governmental organization "Repin's cultural center" carried out an unusual action. We will acquaint the townspeople and visitors with the literary activity by Ilya Efimovich Repin recreating quotes on asphalt in the most crowded places in the town (parks, gardens, near museums).

First experience aroused great interest among passers-by, especially in the younger generation. The campaign will last until early August. We invite volunteers to participate (our materials, your desire and good humor)!
